Liverpool City Council Recruits top Licensing Barrister at a cost of £10,000 a day. At the same time it withdraws money from the extremely popular Matthew Street Festival.

The Stasi Labour Liverpool City Council is spending a fortune of taxpayer’s money in an attempt to close down a very popular social and family venue in Wavertree, which is used solely for pre-arranged private functions.

The Stasi LCC has contracted a ‘Hit Man’ barrister at a cost of around £10,000 a day! This action has been led by Labour City Council Leader Joe Anderson, who has vowed to personally see that the Cricketers is closed down. In order to do this, he has recruited the most expensive licensing barrister in Britain – to defeat a small family business that has existed for over 30 years.

Right now, you may be wondering WHY?

Q: is this venue a hot bed of drug pushers, gangsters or murderers; what else could possibly be important enough to warrant such enormous expense?

No. It’s absolutely NOT!

The reason for this outrageous action is part of a political vendetta by LCC Leader & Deputy Leader, Cllr’s Joe Anderson and Paul Brant, along with their young lackey, 18 year old Cllr Jake Morrison. All of whom are Labour Party Councillors.

The proprietors of the Cricketers have been told, by the LCC, that they MUST ban a legitimate political party, with an MEP here in the North West (the British National Party) from holding meetings at the Cricketers. This is despite the fact that both the Labour and Liberal parties have held regular meetings at the same venue for years!

A few weeks before the Licensing Committee Hearing, Cllr Brant invited the proprietors of the Cricketers to an; “…informal meeting…” at the Liverpool City Council offices, in Dale Street, Liverpool. At this meeting Cllr Brant said (in the presence of Cllr Morrison and three other people, including me); “…If you stop the BNP using your premises, you won’t have a problem, but if not, certain councillors will object to the renewal of your licence…”  and before the meeting ended, Cllr Brant also said; “…it’s nothing personal against YOU Brian, but WE don’t  want the BNP to have ANY premises in Liverpool…”

There you have the LCC reasons in a nutshell; it’s because the proprietors of the Cricketers have refused to give in, to the outrageous demands and bully-boy threats from the Labour run Liverpool City Council. The proprietors have lived and worked in Wavertree for donkey’s years, and have provided a very popular venue for local functions, and now the LCC Stasi want to close them down.

This political witch hunt has meant that the Cricketers has had such harsh conditions imposed on their trading rights, which if adopted fully, could cost them £100,000 every year, and would force them out of business.

These evil Labour councillors (and there’s no other word for them) have concocted a ‘story’ with 45 Labour supporters, to claim that there are other reasons to close down the Cricketers, such as late night noise, and an scurrilous claim of under age drinking.

But, in over 30 years, the Cricketers has never received any complaints from ANY of these people, whether orally or in writing, nor have they ever written to the police to complain – until the BNP had our conference there, last October.

In two hours, on the Saturday prior to the hearing, the Friends of the Cricketers, raised 162 signatures to support the proprietor’s keeping their licence. But, the Licensing Committee would NOT accept or even acknowledge the views of the Wavertree residents that signed this petition. Apparently, these residents are not allowed a say in the matter.

The Licensing Sub-Committee, consisting of just three people, who are ALL Labour councillors;

Since these Labour councillors used their political bias to impose these punitive measures on the Cricketers, on the 30^th of January, the Cricketers has already had to make five members of staff redundant, and cannot trade in a normal way. This is killing their business.

The owners of the Cricketers are outraged at the disgraceful actions of the LCC, and they have vowed to fight this Stasi-like injustice. They are not connected or involved with the British National Party, they just view us as paying customers who use their premises.

The Cricketers spokesman, Brian Washington, has now stated;

“This attack on the Cricketers and our licence to trade is an outrageous act of political bias, and we are being crucified for nothing. We will NOT back down to threats from bullies in the Liverpool City Council. We feel very strongly that these grossly unfair actions should not be allowed to continue. And, if we lose our licence to trade, we will transfer the lease of the Cricketers to the British National Party.”

The Cricketers Appeal takes place at Liverpool City Magistrates Court on the 19^th March 2012. This will be a conventional hearing and Brian has asked that people do NOT campaign outside, because the Cricketers is NOT and has never been political.

Inspector Jonathan Davis 7959 was confronted on camera with the question “do you support the Paedophile Information Exchange”. In making an arrest he/she is only a citizen it is in the standing under (understanding) that we put ourselves in their hands. Statutes and Acts are not lawful and we are not under contract to them. So if they do arrest us they have done unlawfully and it is wrongful arrest. Naturally this was part and parcel of the charade. Patriots are supposed to be demonised for public display. This is what the police particularly Merseyside Police are ‘hired’ by Liverpool’s Labour City Council for.

Their attitude is disgusting and one female officer was heard relating to a young BNP member with a fowl name. In fact with faces, numbers and film there is a good chance that charges of defamation of character will be made. The hypocrisy displayed by the police at these ‘events’ is rife as it is transparent. For example a 16 year old male BNP member was viciously manhandled and threatened with arrest by an officer and another older male member was arrested for shouting at Paedophile supporters.  This older male later had a seizure in the police cell and was rushed to hospital. Given the experiences of other colleagues in police hands I suspect that police violence and maltreatment led to this seizure. Meanwhile, there was a rather effeminate looking male amongst the Labour party group shouting IRA slogans and threatening various ex service men and patriots with parcel bombs however, the chief of police had seen and heard all this going on but blatantly turned a blind eye. A labour25 leafleter was attacked by a Labour Marxist thug but the leafleter didn’t retaliate because he knew it was another Communist set up. The Labour thug kicked all the leaflets out of his hand. The leafleter was approached by a sympathetic middle aged woman who said she had seen the assault and knew what the Labour supporter was trying to do. So the public isn’t having the wool pulled over its eyes Joe (Anderson). In fact in a rather desperate attempt to get a Labour lefty crowd the police escorted drug smoking buskers over to the BNP table. Taking advantage two of the members of the band were blatantly smoking pot in front of one of the Policemen! This again proves that the police are in fact the on site road crew for the Labour Left. The compound debt of the western world, especially in light of the latest ”bailout” of Greece, can be traced back to 1694. However, this system, and what could have followed, whereby proof of the holder and the crown, had a legal record through one piece each, worked for over 700 years. It actually became the most fair and equitable form of currency in history. The British Empire, a trading empire essentially, was built through use of the Tally Stick system, now lost in a world without understanding of the system, and in debt to literally a few dozen elitist maniacs.

Early Monday morning demonstrators against paedophilia, including the British National Party, gathered on mass in front of Liverpool Crown Court. They were greeted by a meagre rabble of hard line Marxist Zionist Labour party supporters who are sponsored by the Communist Unions-Unite, Unison etc…These types are violently ‘politically correct’ and are the militant branch of the Government’s intolerant ‘multicult’ program. Liverpool British National Party held its January meeting on Wednesday 25^th. Doors opened at 7.30pm for an 8:00pm start.

Branch organiser Mike Whitby opened the meeting with the news that on Monday the 6^th of February, forty seven (47) Muslims will be on trial at Liverpool Crown Court, Derby Square, for crimes of paedophilia – child rape and molestation.

 At the present time, Liverpool has a relatively small Muslim population. Consequently, cases such as this are rare around here. The notion is that these cases have been transferred to Liverpool from other parts of the country in order to “hide” them. Apparently the Crown Prosecution Service does not want anyone to know this is taking place. In actual fact it is a distraction technique used by the Zionist puppet masters to keep mass attention away from the real enemy.

Oddly though, the TV press was eerily quiet recently, when Emma West was arrested for her so called ”racist rant” on a London tram. There were snippets of internet news, and some mention of the case in certain newspapers, but no media outrage we would normally expect. Presumably, this was because although her language may have been angry and unladylike, what was actually said was not aimed at anyone, but was aimed at the state of the country, and was more in tune with what many believe to be the problem. She did not call anyone names, and that is probably what the media blackout on TV etc, was all about. Millions would have then seen for themselves, the actual facts, rather than the bias of the foreign controlled media.With the aforementioned ”Cultural Balkanisation” of western nations, especially our own, now nearing some kind of fracture, or potential crossroads scenario, the media requires more ammunition with which to offset the coming disaster(s).

Many now realise that they did the same thing there, and were not oppressed, but made their living greedily grabbing everything they could, or causing trouble by sneaky, or outright revolutionary tactics that destabilised their own nations. Such a character is one ”Professor” Ted Cantle, recently writing ”Community Cohesion: A New Framework for Race and Diversity”. He once said that Heanor, in Derbyshire, England, was ”unhealthily white”, and was a leading member on various committees pushing the race card to the forefront, especially in light of the ”Oldham Riots”. Of course, non of the aforementioned enriching leaders, all of foreign origins, would venture to establish such a format, or acts of change and social cohesion, in Israel, Iran, or Yemen, from whence they either came directly, or their origins and hearts really are.
